Residential and public utility building

Within the framework of residential and utility building our offer includes complex accomplishment of single- and multi-family houses and educational, sports, health service as well as office, commercial and hotel premises.

We were the general building contractor of:

  • multi-family apartment house in Częstochowa, ul. Kilińskiego 72/74 awarded in the contest "Budowa Roku 2010" (The Building of the Year 2010) organised by PZiTB and "Jurajski Produkt Roku" (Jurassic Product of the Year 2010),
  • apartment house in Częstochowa, ul. Waszyngtona 42 awarded in the contest "Jurajski Produkt Roku 2010" (Jurassic Product of the Year 2010),
  • Rosa Private Golf Club in Konopiska, 
  • Witkowski Hotel in Warsaw.

 

We accomplished renovation and modernization work of: 

  • hospital wards in Wojewódzki Szpital Zespolony in Częstochowa
  • Centralna szkoła Straży Pożarnej (The Central School of the State Fire Service) in Częstochowa within the scope of finishing work.
