„KOBNEXT” Company was established by fusion of two construction companies: Zbigniew Zajączkowski Construction Company and Zbigniew Kowalik Construction Company active on the construction market for over 20 years.

In this period of time we managed to establish a dynamically developing company with a strong position on the competitive construction market as well as to create a brand, which is a guarantee of our position of a trustworthy partner who keeps up to required executive standards. Reflection of it are numerous awards and prizes granted by different organizations and bodies.

Scope of our activity covers providing of assembly and building services connected with complex construction of residential, public utility, industrial and specialised buildings as well as modernisation, build-up and adaptation of existing objects and repair work in the construction sector according to the latest technology at home and abroad.  

Thank to high quality standards of work we perform complicated construction projects and we can guarantee high quality of services to our clients.

Currently we employ over 250 people including experienced technical and engineering staff having required building licenses.
 
 „KOBNEXT” sp. z o.o. received Award of the third degree in all-Polish contest „BUDOWA ROKU 2010" (Building of the Year 2010) organised by Polski Związek Inżynierów i Techników Budownictwa (Polish Association of Engineers and Technicians) for accomplishment of a multifamily apartment building with underground garages and technical infrastructure in Czestochowa, 72/74 Kilinskiego Street as the General Contractor (more information about the contest on www.budowaroku.pl)
